Location is good, rooms are clean, staff are courteous. But billing is fraud. Inspite of booking a package with one meal included in the price, they did not leave the decision of choosing lunch or dinner as complementary to the customer. Room service takes ages. TV did not work when we checked in. It seems they don’t have set process. We paid , but this is worth not more than 7-8k.

It's a small 22 room property at a beautiful location. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well maintained. However transport can be an issue if one doesn't have one's own taxi or car as the location is remote. The breakfast is decent and the food is delicious. It's a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

we booked this resort for 3 nights and our stay was extremely wonderful...The staff was very cooperative and welcoming.... Loved the view...all facilities were top notch and well maintained. Rooms are exactly the same as shown in the photos. Food was good,, deserts can be improved.

Stay was comfortable. Rooms are spacious and well lit. This place is right next to a lake and provides a quaint atmosphere. However, the food here is bad. Buffets are a disaster. The staff is courteous and friendly.

*location* the resort is located in a picturesque place. The rooms overlook a lake with blue lotuses and migratory birds. The landscaping has also be done up really well. *food* since the resort is located far away from city centre, they should consider revising their timings for breakfast. As of now, breakfast only opens at 830. This is a problem because there are no alternatives avaliable nearby. In case you want to explore wayanad, you need to leave early. The breakfast holds one up.

The property is very new. Lacks service and food is very poor. No way close to 5star as claimed. Positives: the location and room are fantastic. Kids have good options to play

Had one of the best holiday in a long time, the staff here are so friendly and helpful, security surendran’s warm gesture every time you enter and exit, amit at front office is always helpful, special mention to the restaurant team, captain akashay, bhishma and aditya, makes sure that you have best dining experience

Great place to stay and serenely located. Very polite and welcoming staff. Food especially felt like home and was served on time. The regional cuisine on the menu was amazing. Room service was excellent. Had a wonderful staycation experience in wayanad at sterling lontano. Sterling at its best as always!

Such an amazing stay at the resort! had chosen this resort for my wedding anniversary. Right from the welcome to every interaction with the staff, they have been super super sweet and geneeous. The breakfast spread was decent, rooms were clean and good size. Staff was welcoming. Property is well maintained. Thanks for being an amazing host! also my special mention to amit who greeted us at the reception and aditya from restaurant staff who were very spontaneous.
